Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license (RN) required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
