Vibra Permanent Staffing in Texas seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a direct-hire, full-time role in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting.

You’ll provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, and educate families while upholding policy standards.

A strong clinical background, BLS/ACLS, and compassionate teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
