Description

Compensation: Pay Range: $26.55- $43.10 / hour. Job Description

To utilize the nursing process to care for and counsel individuals in promoting and maintaining health, and preventing illness and injury in a clinical setting for employees. To provide nursing care and on-site services including physicals, flu vaccines, and safety training programs.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program approved by the Alabama State Board of Nursing required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Work experience may NOT substitute for educational requirements.
  • Currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA); must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Depending on the unit/department, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required.
