White Glove Placement, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for a high-volume ED travel assignment in Boston. This 14-week role offers 48 guaranteed hours per week with 12-hour shifts, including day/evening rotations and every-other-holiday coverage.

Requirements include MA RN license and active certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC) with recent ED experience in Level I/II units. Telemetry expertise and ability to float to Psych and Pediatric ED are essential.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license with current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC).
• 1.5 years of Level I/II ED or 2+ years Level III/IV ED experience.
• Recent ED experience required.
• Strong telemetry and rhythm interpretation skills.
• Able to float to Psych ED and Pediatric ED.

Responsibilities

• Take assignments in a high-volume ED environment.
• Provide care for fast-paced, high-acuity patients.
• Work 12-hour shifts with 48 hours/week guaranteed when possible.
• Coordinate with ED team across rotations and holidays.
• Travel assignment with housing, insurance, meal allowance, and travel reimbursements.

Job description

Take your Emergency Department experience to a high-volume Level I/II acute care environment in Boston. This 14-week travel assignment offers 48 guaranteed hours per week, strong earning potential, and exposure to a diverse, high-acuity patient population.

Position Highlights

• Profession: RN

• Assignment Length: 14 weeks

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts

• Shift Rotation: 48-hour day/evening rotation

• Shift Times: 7:0 AM–7:00 PM, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM, or 3:00 PM–3:00 AM

• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week preferred; 36-hour contracts also accepted

• Every other holiday required

• 2 weekends per schedule period

Minimum Requirements

• Active MA RN License

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent Level I or II ED experience, or 2+ years of recent Level III/IV ED experience

• Recent Emergency Department experience required

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification

• PALS certification

• TNCC certification

• All certifications must be active and unexpired

• Strong telemetry and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills

• Ability to identify heart blocks

• Must be flexible with floating to Psych ED and Pediatric ED

• Ability to care for a fast-paced, high-acuity patient population
