Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an RN in Emergency PRN at our Flower Mound location. The role involves night shifts as needed and requires a minimum of 6 shifts per 6-week period. This position supports a modern facility with strong teamwork and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold a Nursing Diploma or ADN; BSN preferred, with 1 year ER experience or RN residency completion. BCLS/ACLS/PALS are required, and RN licensure is required at hire.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1 year ER experience or completion of RN residency required.
• RN license or eligibility upon hire.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within stated periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patients' basic safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
• Promote respectful care and professional interactions on the unit.
• Collaborate with the care team to support family involvement and decision making.
• Provide attentive, reliable care and reassess patient needs continuously.
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and quality improvement efforts.
