Vibra Hospital of Southeast Massachusetts in New Bedford, MA, is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. The RN develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare's mission and values.

Direct care plus supervision of nursing staff aligns with the Nurse Practice Act. Ideal candidates bring current MA RN licensure, BLS and ACLS (ACLS within six months).

Qualifications

• Current, valid MA RN license is required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.
• ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and critical care awareness.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Vibra Hospital of Southeast Massachusetts, located in New Bedford, MA, is a 90 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. About the Role

Vibra Hospital of SE Massachusetts is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team!

Responsibilities

The RN develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
