Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
  • Experience in clinical research or a strong interest is a plus.
  • Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Job description

We Are Hiring
  • Department:Research
  • Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8a-430p, with occasional need to come in early, stay late or see a patient on the weekend
  • Hospital: Ascension St. John's Medical Center
  • Location: Tulsa, OK
What You Will Do

Lead clinical research projects via study protocols and provide direct patient care for study participants.

  • Assist with the preparation, submission and management of internal/external compliance documentation at all stages of the research project.
  • Assist with the selection, education, testing, and monitoring of research project participants.
  • Follow protocols and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of participant care.
  • Document patient care and study results using appropriate formats and systems.
  • Communicate patient/study results on an on-going basis to research team.
  • Participate in quality assurance/improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards of care and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences
  • BSN or higher preferred
  • Clinical Researchexperience, or a strong interest in clinica research
  • Excellent team player, communication skills, detail oriented and organizational skills
