Job summary

BayCare's Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. This full-time position shifts 6:45pm–7:15am, with every other weekend, and no remote work; on-site status only.

The RN will care for a patient group using the nursing process, delegate tasks as needed, stay accountable, and promote evidence-based care to achieve clinical excellence. Strong teamwork and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• 6+ months RN experience required.
• ACLS if required by department.
• New Grad RN or RN student may apply to Clinical Nurse Residency.
