Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a licensed Registered Nurse for Morton Plant Hospital to deliver patient-centered care on a 6:45am–7:15pm shift. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, applying the nursing process and clinical standards to groups of patients with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, maintaining professional accountability, and advancing evidence-based care. This full-time role supports BayCare’s commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS if department requires.
• 6+ months RN experience required.
• New Grad RN or RN student may apply to the Clinical Nurse Residency.
