Job summary

AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking an experienced RN to assess holistic patient needs and implement collaborative care plans. This role requires competence in IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, and specimen collection within an interdisciplinary team.

Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. The facility supports faith-based mission and holistic care across the community.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred/required depending on role.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or in RFQ process.
• RCIS credential is preferred or required by EV Issuing Body.
• RN licensure as applicable in the facility state.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and records review.
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocates for patient health and safety and provides family education based on learning needs.

Job Description:

Pay Range: $32.76 - $57.47
