BayCare in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Cardiac Admissions and Recovery RN to provide specialized care for a unit focused on cardiac patients, using the nursing process and established clinical standards.

Responsibilities include delegating patient care, maintaining professional accountability, and serving as preceptor/charge nurse when assigned. BayCare promotes evidence-based clinical care and continuous excellence in practice.

Qualifications

• RN license is required
• BLS and ACLS is required
• Required experience is 2 years RN experience in any setting

Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
