A healthcare organization is seeking a driven Registered Nurse to join their team at Bloomington Clinic, with responsibilities in patient care and education. The role requires a valid MN RN license and offers a generous benefit package. Candidates should have previous experience in an ambulatory setting. This full-time position may require travel to other locations in Edina and Eden Prairie.
Fairview Health Services is looking for a driven Registered Nurse to join the hard working team based out of our Bloomington Clinic. This position may also travel to our Edina and Eden Prairie locations.
This position is approved for 72 hours every two weeks.
Predict schedule to be: Monday 7:00am-3:30pm; Tuesday 7:00am-3:30pm; Wednesday 9:30am-6:00pm; Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (every other).
The registered nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and providing professional nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting. While following established standards and protocols, the registered nurse delivers care that is sensitive to the unique needs of the ages served by the clinic. The RN provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established nursing standards and practices. As a member of the care team, the RN supports quality patient and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of high-level functions within a care team to support the needs of the healthcare team and patients/families. The nurse will educate patients and the public about various medical conditions, maintain complete, timely and accurate clinical documentation for each patient and continually look for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
