Trinity Health Livonia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift at our 304-bed acute care hospital in Livonia, MI. You will care for patients across the birth to discharge spectrum, coordinating with the care team and applying nursing processes to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associates degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred or commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
• BLS required.
• Previous medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe.
• Coordinate and evaluate care, teaching and delegation of patient activities to other healthcare team members via the nursing process.
• Utilize therapeutic use of self and maintain a safe environment while delivering patient-centered care.

Birthing Center:

20-bed LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) unit offers a family-centered approach to childbirth, allowing mothers and newborns to stay together throughout their care journey. The unit includes a dedicated triage area for rapid assessment and prioritization of expectant mothers. We provide comprehensive obstetric care in a supportive, nurturing environment, with a focus on safety, comfort, and personalized experiences for every family.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associates degree in Nursing required. BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required. BLS required. Previous medical surgical experience preferred. Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.
