Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families and the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate services across all care phases.

This full-time RN role features a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, evening/night shifts (4:00pm–4:30am) with weekend rotation, eligibility for a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license in MN (or compact).
• Unencumbered RN license in the state practicing.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Position Details

• Full Time - 72 Hours a bi-weekly pay period
• Evening/Night Shift - 4:00pm to 4:30am
• Every Other Weekend and Rotating Holidays
• Additional shift incentive of $1.25 for any hours worked from 6:00pm to 6:00am
• Additional weekend incentive of $1.25 an hour
• Sign-on Bonus (if eligibility requirements are met)
• Must be a Licensed RN in Minnesota

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
