Job Summary: Geisinger is proud to offer a full-time Inpatient RN position with up to $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates! The minimum hiring rate is $40.00, with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Job Duties:

• Assesses, plans, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promotes adaptive responses of patient and family to achieve the highest level of care, safety, and satisfaction.

Position Details:

BP6 is a 28-bed Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit with diverse services including General Surgery, Bariatric, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Plastic Surgery, and Trauma Surgery. Resources include pharmacists, care managers/social workers, and schedulers. We have a shared schedule to support unit needs.

Schedule:

0.9 FTE (36 hours), Day/Evening or Day/Night rotation, every other weekend and holiday.

Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Certifications: Licensed RN in Pennsylvania, BLS certification
