The Nurse, with experience in a similar clinical setting, practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

1. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care per nursing standards, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
2. Provides patient and family education, identifying learning needs and resources.
3. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, and valid RN license and certifications such as BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
4. All new hires must complete orientation and competency validations; experienced RNs may have credential grace periods.
5. Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, full-time position.
