Compensation: $39.55/hour plus an $8,000 Sign On Bonus!

• Starting Rate: $36.15/hour
• Hero Pay: $3.40/hour (Hazard Pay)

Daily responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive environment
• Performing treatments like wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administering medications and advising patients and families
• Offering preventative and supportive care
• Supervising Nurse Aide team including training and evaluations

Qualifications:

• Michigan RN License and current CPR certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills for care planning and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills
