Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Evansville, Indiana. This full-time RN position requires delivering high-quality nursing care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supervising CNAs and LPNs. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this role.

Education includes a Nursing diploma and an active RN license; CPR certification is required. Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred, with a commitment to compliance with Life Care

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s) required.
• Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable State. Must maintain active RN license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification on hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret department goals, policies, and procedures.
• Provide compassionate nursing care and work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs and adjust care plans as patient conditions change.
