Essentia Health in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Hematology & Oncology team at the South University Clinic. This full-time RN position runs 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations.

Relocation assistance is available for this position. You will provide outpatient nursing care within an integrated, multidisciplinary team, support patients through treatment, document care, and assist with coordination and education.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current North Dakota RN licensure.
• Minnesota RN licensure required within 3 months of hire.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) chemotherapy/immunotherapy provider card within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hematology/oncology patients in the outpatient South University Clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes; support care coordination and education.

What You’ll Do:
