Brentwood is a proud affiliate of National Health Care Associates in Yarmouth, Maine. We are hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time shifts to deliver compassionate care to residents, assess conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license required.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
• Guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering care.

What You'll Do

Full Time shifts available / all shifts

Base pay is $41.44 - $42.56 / Shift differentials up to $51.56 an hour

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
