Job summary

Now Hiring for Full-Time positions on the Evening Shift (3:00pm-11:15pm). The Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our Nursing team in our skilled nursing facility.

RNs at Parker Jewish Institute are responsible for the coordination and implementation of resident care on assigned units, supervising CNAs and LPNs and providing outstanding patient-centered care. Position Requirements

• Current and valid NYS RN license and current BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Recent, relevant experience working with the geriatric population a plus; we hire newly licensed RNs!
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Will be friendly and sociable and be able to provide comfort to patients with good interpersonal skills - both verbal and in writing
