Job summary

River Crossing Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team and maintain high levels of resident care. We offer a sign-on bonus, flexible hours, competitive pay with shift differential, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements include Missouri RN licensure, COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to vaccinate), and a high school diploma or equivalent. New graduates are welcome to apply and contribute to patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Missouri.
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive vaccination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists in admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition.
• Documents observations in patient charts.
• Maintains safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assists with unit management and may assume charge as needed.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to receive vaccination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
