Job summary

Reserve at Spring Hill in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing services in our assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation community. The role includes assessments, care planning, medication administration, and staff training to support residents.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with potential sign-on bonus and shift differential. The site is located at 2000 Reserve Blvd, Spring Hill, TN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program with at least one year of related experience preferred.
• Meets state and federal nursing requirements.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services to meet resident needs including assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor resident responses.
• Train and supervise nursing staff; provide orientation and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, incidents and assessments.
• Ensure safety and compliance with care standards and participate in quality improvement.

SUMMARY: Provide quality nursing services to meet resident needs by performing essential duties including assessments, care plans, medication administration, and staff training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Conduct daily rounds to monitor residents and ensure care compliance.
• Assess new admissions and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Develop and monitor care plans, ensuring the highest level of resident well-being.
• Communicate updates on care matters to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Train and develop staff, providing orientation and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, incidents, and assessments.
• Report relevant information to the Director of Nursing and assist with survey processes.
• Ensure safety by monitoring compliance with safety protocols and responding to emergencies.
• Participate in quality assurance and policy development.
• Stay current with skills and knowledge through continuing education.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises nursing staff, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and problem resolution.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of nursing program with at least one year of related experience preferred.
• Meets state and federal nursing requirements.
