Job summary

Rancho Rehab & Healthcare in Florissant, MO is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with flexible hours and a competitive pay package, plus benefits and sign-on bonuses.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care in a 120-bed skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Missouri RN license.
• Experience delivering resident care in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse resident populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in planning and evaluating care.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Document responses to nursing care in resident charts.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support unit operations and assume charge nurse duties when assigned.
