Job summary

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Maine is seeking an engaged Registered Nurse to ensure the health and comfort of residents. You will assess conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

The role offers full-time shifts with base pay of $41.44–$42.56 per hour and generous shift differentials up to $51.56 per hour, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license and current registration.
• Compassionate, empathetic care for residents.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Oversee and mentor LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
