Job summary

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth, ME seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time shifts. Base pay is $41.44-$42.56 per hour, with shift differentials up to $51.56 per hour.

You will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and work with a healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Qualified applicants receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus plus referral incentives and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401K.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed

• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
