Arcadia Care's Arc at Lincoln facility is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The role offers $46/hour and opportunities for growth, training and supportive leadership.

As part of a new facility opening, you will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with the care team, coordinate with IDT, and supervise CNAs while ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
