Laughlin Healthcare Center in Greeneville, Tennessee is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will manage nursing care for residents, supervise aides, monitor patient conditions, and communicate changes to physicians and families.

RN Position Summary

As a RN at Laughlin Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

RN Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
