Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, TN is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated healthcare team, delivering rehabilitation and long-term care services in a resident-centered environment.

You will assess residents, administer medications, coordinate with physicians and therapists, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced setting that values compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe environment.

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation and long-term care services in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents

Qualifications
