Qualifications

• RN license valid in Indiana.
• Graduated from an accredited/state-approved school of nursing.
• Experience in long‑term care or hospital settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction.
• Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations.
• Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow‑up needs.
• Supervise nursing personnel and provide job‑specific guidance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Shifts Available:

• Part-time Days: 6am-2:30pm, Mondays/Tuesdays and every other weekend
• Full-time Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm, includes every other Saturday and Sunday
• Part-time Nights 10pm-6:30am, including every other Friday and Saturday
