Job summary

Life Care center- The Highlands is currently seeking RNs to join our skilled team of nurses. All shifts available. We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47-year industry leader with 200+ locations in the U.S.

We invite you to join our growing team. The RN assesses and delivers care, provides supervision to CNAs/LPNs, and participates in interdisciplinary care planning to promote patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable State. Must maintain an active RN license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
• On a daily basis provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

Education

Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)

RN license in good standing

CPR certification

1 year skilled nursing experience preferred

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
