Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Massachusetts seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team and provide quality nursing care to residents. The RN assesses patient needs, revises care plans as conditions change, and collaborates with physicians and staff to maintain residents’ well‑being.

The role includes supervising CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to Life Care standards and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associates or bachelor’s) required.
• Current RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to residents through ongoing assessment.
• Revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

Education

Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)

Current RN license in good standing

CPR certification

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to provide clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
