Job summary

Sterling Care Riverside is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise staff and ensure the health, safety, and welfare of Residents. You will administer medications and injections, monitor narcotics, and uphold nursing policies and regulations.

The role features a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team culture focused on resident well-being and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered with the state as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to Residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice.
• Provides supervision to G.N.A’s and all subordinate staff which includes checking their work to ascertain that assignments have been completed.
• Administer all parenteral, intramuscular, and sub-cutaneous injections.
• Administer medications within the scope of practice of the RN Licensure. Maintain a current report of narcotics received and used.
• Review daily the documentation of the dispensing of the controlled substances and narcotics.
