Job summary

Augusta Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for overnight shifts in Augusta, Maine. You will ensure the health and comfort of our residents through patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with teams to deliver comprehensive care.

This role offers a competitive compensation of $41.44 to $51.56 per hour, comprehensive training, and professional growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for holistic care delivery.
• Overseeing and guiding LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

Job description

1 FT 32 hours RN/LPN overnights 10:45p-7:15a

+ $4 for second shift and + $5 for weekends.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
