Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Atlanta, GA, across all shifts. New grads welcome. You will oversee nursing staff, develop individualized care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
  • Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
  • Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
