Job summary

Life Care Centers of America-affiliated facility in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The RN delivers care, assesses patients, and collaborates with CNAs and LPNs to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

You will perform ongoing assessments, revise care plans, and provide supervision to assistants, while complying with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. An active RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
• Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
