As the RN - Regional Clinical Reimbursement (MDS) Coordinator, you will:

  • collaborate with facility and regional leadership teams to ensure excellent quality of care
  • provide direct support, education, and training to facility MDS Coordinators to ensure accurate coding
  • review and coordinate PDPM to ensure appropriate reimbursement
  • support RAI process
  • serve as resource to the Medicare program
  • perform routine reviews of case mix
  • participate in Medicare meetings / case mix review meetings
  • participate in quality assurance programs and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • current Wisconsin licensure as a registered nurse
  • previous long term care experience, minimum of 10 years
  • previous experience as an MDS coordinator required, including knowledge of RAI, CMI, and PDPM
  • excellent communication and time management skills
  • ability to travel throughout the State of Wisconsin
  • CMAC certification preferred
