Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to our patients in Georgia. The role requires alignment with physician orders, established guidelines, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing program, GA RN license in good standing, and BLS certification; BSN and post-graduate certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as RN in the State of Georgia in good standing.
• Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two years of RN experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP or other unit certifications encouraged.
• Color vision may be required depending on unit.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

• BSN degree
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Work Hours:

7:30-4pm; 8-4:30pm; varies
