Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing and hold MA Registered Nurse licensure.
• 5+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting (hospital/ambulatory).
• Experience using electronic medical records and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the Peer Review Program by performing quality case reviews from risk management, audits, or complaints.
• Interprets policies to assess and address issues affecting quality of care.
• Communicates conclusions to providers and supports system fixes to improve performance and compliance.
