Job summary

Americare Inc. is seeking a Quality Reviewer RN to join our office team. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of home health documentation, with emphasis on OASIS-C completion in accordance with CMS requirements.

Eligible candidates hold a NYS RN license, have strong clinical documentation skills, and can work independently. Home health or community care experience and familiarity with Home Care Homebase are preferred.

Qualifications

• NYS RN license required.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and CMS rules.
• Experience with Home Care Homebase preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation.
• Verify OASIS assessments align with CMS requirements.
• Work with a set group of COCs to maintain documentation standards.

The Position:Quality Reviewer RN

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
