Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s Education Program at hire.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• At least 3 years of experience within a health care organization.

Responsibilities

• Support hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care and reduce risk.
• Provide facilitation, coordination and support for clinical and process improvements throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer service and quality initiatives are effectively implemented.
