Job summary

Providence St. Peter Hospital is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to support patient care improvement, risk reduction, and exceptional service. You will provide support, facilitation, and coordination for clinical and process improvements across the organization.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, Washington RN license at hire, and 3 years in health care. Preference for a Master's Degree and experience with process improvement methods, adult learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent educ/experience.
• Actively enrolled in Bachelor’s Education Program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License at hire.
• 3 years of experience within a health care organization.

Responsibilities

• Support, facilitate, and coordinate clinical and process improvements across the organization.
• Assist hospital staff in reducing risk and improving patient care.
• Focus on patient-focused, whole-person care culture and customer service.
