UVM Health - Central Vermont Medical Center is seeking a Quality Improvement Consultant to partner with leadership in developing and monitoring clinical and operational systems aligned with strategic priorities. The role emphasizes performance optimization, risk reduction and accreditation readiness.

The ideal candidate brings an RN license (Vermont), a BSN and substantial experience in healthcare quality improvement, with strong communication and change-management skills to guide

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Five years or more of increasing responsibility in systems, quality, or health care administration.
• Experience with interpretation and evaluation of accreditation standards is preferred.
• Demonstrated management ability with strong communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Experience with JC/regulatory agency preparation, coordination, education and surveys for hospitals and related settings.
• Experience with electronic document management systems is desirable.
