Job summary

BayCare Winter Haven Hospital seeks a Quality Coordinator - RN to lead quality improvement efforts and support clinical leadership. The role focuses on assuring appropriate patient care through process optimization and peer review.

The candidate will collaborate with health care teams, prepare quality reports, and assist in department meetings. Requirements include an RN license and 3 years of nursing experience; BSN preferred, CP HQ credential advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (FL preferred).
• Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and medical leadership to assure care quality via process improvements.
• Support team members on quality initiatives and peer review activities.
• Assist in preparing department and quality meetings.
• Generate reports on quality activity and monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
