Job summary

Elite Home Health is seeking an RN Quality Assurance Specialist to support clinical quality, compliance, and documentation accuracy across the organization. The role reviews OASIS, plans of care, and patient records to ensure regulatory alignment with Medicare CoPs and state/federal standards.

You will collaborate with clinical leadership, field clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams to drive improvement, education, and readiness for surveys and audits.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida required.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience in Medicare-certified home health.
• Home health OASIS experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CoPs, OASIS requirements, and home health documentation standards.
• Experience in quality assurance, auditing, QAPI, compliance preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems such as Axxess/WellSky preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and alignment with plan of care.
• Identify documentation gaps and compliance concerns.
• Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and home health plan of care.
• Monitor compliance with CoPs, OASIS, and state/federal regulations.
• Support readiness for ACHC surveys, audits, and inspections.
• Provide education and feedback to clinicians on OASIS and documentation standards.
• Support QAPI program by monitoring quality indicators and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to address deficiencies and follow-up.
