Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Frisco seeks a Quality Analyst/Coordinator to abstract, track, and trend data on Quality Indicators, Core Measures, and FPPE/OPPE. The role audits eCQM data and reviews medical records for accurate reporting.

You will assist in data analysis, support performance improvement activities, and provide routine trending analysis for the Women's Center Designation, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Current Texas RN license required.
Excellent comprehension of medical terminology and disease processes.
Familiarity with the medical record and research methods.
Experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
Ability to abstract data with 90% accuracy.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

Abstract, track, and trend data on Quality Indicators and Core Measures.
Audit electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQM) prior to regulatory submission.
Review, abstract, and audit key patient clinical outcomes from medical records.
Support performance improvement activities and data analysis.
Provide trending analysis for the Women's Center Designation.
Monitor quality standards per the Performance Improvement Plan.
