We are currently seeking to fill the RN QAPI / Compliance Coordinator position.
-Fully Remote Position
-Compensation $40-$46/hr (negotiable, based on experience, etc.).
-Experienced with ACHC accreditation standards
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
Ensure compliance with ACHC, Medicare CoPs, and state regulations
Supervise & train QA nurses to maintain high-quality patient care
Provide guidance to clinicians & QA nurses (Monday - Friday)
Conduct internal audits and prepare for accreditation surveys
Analyze data & lead performance improvement initiatives
Investigate compliance concerns and implement corrective actions
Educate staff on policies, regulations, and best practices
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
RN license preferred or relevant healthcare compliance experience
3-5 years in hospice QA, compliance, or risk management
Strong knowledge of ACHC standards & Medicare regulations
Leadership, training, and data analysis skills
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
