We are currently seeking to fill the RN QAPI / Compliance Coordinator position.

- Position to be performed in the Fresno Headquarters.

- Compensation $50-$55/hr (negotiable, based on experience, etc.).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
  2. Ensure compliance with ACHC, Medicare CoPs, and state regulations
  3. Supervise & train QA nurses to maintain high-quality patient care
  4. Provide guidance to clinicians & QA nurses (Monday - Friday)
  5. Conduct internal audits and prepare for accreditation surveys
  6. Analyze data & lead performance improvement initiatives
  7. Investigate compliance concerns and implement corrective actions
  8. Educate staff on policies, regulations, and best practices

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  1. RN license preferred or relevant healthcare compliance experience
  2. 3-5 years in hospice QA, compliance, or risk management
  3. Strong knowledge of ACHC standards & Medicare regulations
  4. Leadership, training, and data analysis skills
  5. Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
