Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, care coordination, and supervising delegated tasks within the scope of nursing practice.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
