LE01 Phelps County Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and support quality outcomes using the nursing process. Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining patient safety, and documenting care activities.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing school and holds a current RN license in Missouri. Experience is preferred, and the role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care using the nursing process, demonstrating clinical competence relevant to the area of nursing practice, and adhering to the ANA Code of Ethics.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
One year experience preferred.
Current RN license in the State of Missouri or Compact Licensure. Graduate nurses (GNs) must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Considerable mental concentration required. Lifting up to 35 lbs., turning activities, standing, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, twisting, reaching and nearly constant walking required.
Frequent exposure to infectious disease and communicable disease via blood and other bodily fluids. May encounter hostile persons at times.
